Work at Mamook! - [02-May-2007]
We are looking for a Web Application Developer to join our Mamook team on location at the University of Victoria. Do you have PHP and SQL skills? Are you interested in helping us enhance the functionality of Mamook? We have a contract position (end date August 2008) currently posted through Viatec.ca. We may be rather quiet on the news releases, but we are still here working on Mamook. Last month we had our 3,000th download from Sourceforge! We hope to have another major release later this year. If you are looking to download our code with the most up-to-date features, check out our nightly snapshot.
New Developer Resource: The Hatchery - [02-Nov-2005]
We have recently introduced a new developer resource: the Hatchery (http://www.mamook.net/hatchery). The Hatchery is a place for developers to gather to discuss coding Mamook: new ideas, plans for collaborating on projects, coding tips, or blogging about your Mamook development. It integrates some of our existing developer resources into one place, such as RSS feeds from our project tracker, as well as our stats from Sourceforge. It is easy (and free!) to set up an account. Developer's To-do List Released - [06-Sept-2005]
Have you been looking for a way to contribute to the Mamook project? A list of projects you can help us with is now available. If you are working on any changes that you plan to submit back to the Mamook project, or start working on an item from our list, please participate in our Developer's Mailing List (http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mamook-devel) so we can co-ordinate code modifications. Mamook Release Candidate 4 is Now Available - [06-Sept-2005]
Release Candidate 4 is now available. This version includes a couple of bug fixes (see the changelog (http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?group_id=129069&release_id=354662) for details), some general cleanup, and some database changes. If you are using Mamook-2.0RC3, it is not essential to upgrade to Mamook-2.0RC4, but you will need to make the transition once Mamook-2.0 is released. Mamook-2.0RC4 contains some installation fixes, so if you had difficulty installing Mamook-2.0RC3, the problems are hopefully resolved in this version. Release candidate 4 is not for production purposes as we are still ironing out a few bugs. Use this version to help configure your server and plan for the upcoming 2.0 release. Please help us test this release candidate and report any bugs that you find.

It contains modules for job postings, applications, company and applicant information, interview signup, and advanced reporting/searching.
